Value, convenience, comfort and friendly

"Overnight stay while going to a West End show. 15 mins walk from Paddington and 5 mins walk to nearest tube. Safe location opposite gardens. Loved unique single mezzanine room. Comfortable and cosy with all needs met. All staff friendly and helpful. Great, fresh continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Will come again."

"We stayed recently for 3 nights as a family of 5.
Two rooms were perfect especially the room for 3. Staff were lovely in particular Carmel. Great location and would definitely recommend it. Will definitely be back there."

Charming hotel in beautiful neighborhood

"We loved our 3 night stay at the Phoenix hotel. It is at a convenient and great location near Hyde Park and many restaurants/pubs/stores in the neighborhood. It is also located near the Bayswater and Queensway underground stations which we used the entire weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the weekend and we also kept our luggage in the luggage room since our flight was later in the evening. The rooms were clean and functional for what we needed and I would highly recommend!"

"...I cannot reccomend this hotel highly enough, it's a 'must stay at' if visiting London, city centre only 15mins or so on the underground (which is a 10min walk away)...just fabulous place to base yourself out of with all local shops, bars, restraunts just a few minutes walk away!
